Hotel Anjali , Deoghar

The location and facilities were good, but hospitality and staff need improvement.

Everything was fantastic.

During our recent Easter trip, we stayed at a hotel located just a short walk away from the popular temple in the area. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were well-maintained with spacious bathrooms. We also enjoyed the variety of dishes offered at the hotel's restaurant.

There were a couple of negatives to our experience. the lack of an elevator made it difficult to navigate the stairs, particularly with our luggage.

Spent Christmas at a hotel and loved it! The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the location was perfect for exploring the nearby attractions. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. We also appreciated having access to the gym and the rooftop pool with stunning views of the city skyline. great value for money.

The hotel could improve their communication with guests. There were a few occasions where we had to wait longer than expected for room service or assistance from the front desk.

The hotel has a prime location near the temple and convenient transportation. The staff is friendly and the cleanliness is good. The breakfast offered is satisfactory.

Secondly, the staff were very attentive and provided excellent service throughout my stay. Additionally, the rooms on the third floor were spacious and comfortable, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. Lastly, the breakfast served at the hotel was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from.
